Nolen Tuttle, Upside’s CEO, brings over a decade of expertise in surety, accounting, and management consulting to Upside Guaranty. A Certified Public Accountant, she combines a sharp eye for detail with a deep understanding of financial risk management, ensuring every project we touch runs smoothly and securely.
Outside the office, Nolen’s a busy mom to Brooks (4) and James (2), teaming up with her husband, Will, to keep up with their energy. When she’s not leading our team or chasing toddlers, you’ll find her walking trails, lost in a good book, or unwinding at her family farm in Alabama. Her rich blend of leadership and life fuels our mission to accelerate development with precision and care.
